Write and then submit a summary that includes responses to the following:

Why was the HIA conducted?
What type of HIA was conducted? (see reading: Selecting the Type of HIA to Conduct)
What public health issues existed?
What items of the HIA Preliminary Checklist were fulfilled by this HIA and what items were not?
What were the recommendations of the HIA? Do you agree with the recommendations?
