What is the personal, political message of your selfie?

While reading and watching, write down the key themes and concepts (preferably from a variety of sources). Start your post with a list of 4 themes or concepts. Do not focus on general themes (nor themes in the webcasts), but think about some of the nuances that are brought forward in the readings…..some of the political ramifications of photography and selfies.

Then, write a 400-word discussion about your selfie that answers these overall questions (and others) “What is the personal, political message of your selfie?” “Why is this political message important to you on a personal level?” “How does it support your identity?” You must reference a minimum of one argument from Swaminathan’s article for this week. You can also reference Koliska and Roberts’ article if you prefer, or both
