Write a descriptive analysis of the organization’s overall mission, vision, and competitive strategy. Include in this description information about the organization’s competitive environment in terms of the economic, political, demographic, competitive, and/or technological trends that are affecting the organization’s strategic situation. Also include in this descriptive analysis information (from verifiable sources) about the organization’s internal strengths and weaknesses.

Using Porter’s 5 Forces Framework, complete an industry analysis (preferably the industry in which your organization is a part of) and construct a visual depiction using Porter as a model. Include information about the organization’s competitive environment in terms of the economic, political, demographic, competitive, and/or technological trends that are affecting the organization’s strategic situation. A visual diagram should assist the reader in visualizing the connection of Porter’s Framework to the strategic focus; using APA Format, include the diagram in the text or as an appendix. (Step 3)
