Preparation of a research paper on some aspect
of health care is a major deliverable of this course. The paper may address a topic covered in the
course, but it may also address topics that we do not cover in class.
The
research project is separated into three parts: topic and research question;
conceptual framework; and final paper. You will turn in each part of the paper
separately, and they will be graded separately.
The final
paper is expected to be approximately 9 – 10 pages in length excluding tables,
figures, references, etc. However, the paper will be graded on quality not
quantity.
