My country is Balhud and I am the Intelligence Director. I am required to read the RSG World Factook for my country and and write a Memo- like the idea below and on the Crisis/situation in Khaldore.
Defense points – come into the equation much like applying a defense budget. We need to bear in mind the current strengths/weaknesses of Balhud’s defense system when allocating and also think about what message different types of defense spending will send to the world (aggressive, defensive, etc.)
Lastly, if possible please provide any final thoughts you may have on the crisis situation as the Intelligence Director perspective.
