Overview

This
assignment is a community health needs assessment for Hillsboro County and its cities
and towns. This assignment will answer the main question: What are the primary
healthcare needs and issues facing this county?
This
assignment will include statements of findings, methodology utilized, and
strategic implications. For purposes of benchmarks, assume that Middleboro is
in the state of Virginia if any real comparison data is needed. This assignment
will incorporate information that you, the student completed during the

You
will write a minimum of a 5-page report in current APA format (excluding title page, references,
etc.) to be submitted at the end of this module/week. Your report must be
supplemented with research from your textbook, the cases, peer-reviewed
references, and other quality sources.
Note: A minimum of
3 references (current within last 5 years) must be used that support your
responses in the report in addition to the textbook. Biblical integration must
be included. This is a formal report, so your answers must not be numbered, but
you must use titles and subheadings to guide the reader through the narrative.
