Assignment Objectives:
Explain how new products create opportunities and risks
Identify how new products are planned
The student will have a strong knowledge of detail on what it will take to bring a new product from concept to completion.
The student will also decide at the end of the paper and course if the product update feature, they were working on is one that can be developed and make it to market, if there are concerns, or if further evaluations are needed
Assignment Overview:
The student will be walking through a brand-new update to a product from a major technological company (Apple, Google, Facebook, etc).
The student will come up with their own idea on what the product update will be.
Students will have an idea whether their product will be a good one, or if there are any major issues and concerns with the rollout.
Students will develop, assemble, and assess the product update based on their ideas.
Will use the book as an example flow for the final paper.
Ensure to include specific sections from the book for your outline of the final paper.

Assignment Expectations:
Please write at least a 15-page paper outlining how the product manager sold the product to the company to get it out to market.
Minimum of 10 references not including the textbook
