Be sure to address the following in your paper:
Consider alternative organizational models as outlined by Bolman and Deal (2013), and then find literature examples to illustrate the peculiar nature of academic governance.
Develop a discussion about the unique character of the organizations educators serve, using your readings and research as your base.
Reflect on the organization where you work, or one with which you are familiar. How do your institution’s models and philosophies align with those described in the literature?
Length: 4-6 pages, not including the title and reference pages
References: Include a minimum of five scholarly resources
Your essay should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
