understanding of organizational development (OD), organizational
diagnosis, and OD interventions. You will develop an OD intervention for
an actual organization after performing necessary diagnosis. You can

organization a fictitious name if confidentiality is a concern.
You are required to create an OD intervention report as an OD consultant. This report might use the following structure:

Table of Contents
Executive Summary
Introduction: Purpose
of the report, the organization, what type of change is required? Why
it is required? What should audience expect to receive from this report?

Diagnosis: diagnosis
of organizational systems, levels of diagnoses (individual level, group
level, organizational level), data collection and analysis methodology,
diagnosis results. Attach any interview questionnaires or observation
logs as appendices.
Proposed Interventions:
as an OD consultant, propose the intervention that you think is most
suitable to address the issues you identified with your diagnosis. You
can recommend more than one intervention. You can include interventions
covered in your text including human process interventions,
techno-structural interventions, human resource management
interventions, and strategic change interventions, or – you can create a
whole new intervention that you think might help in the current
situation. The proposed intervention must be relevant and should be able
to address the issues your organization is facing.
Conclusion: Summarize
your research and draw relevant conclusions. What will be the possible

cover page, executive summary, appendices and references). Revise and
