Write factors that can affect the sensitivity and specificity of DON-ELISA and how or in what ways they can affect.
Factors include Pipetting method, DON-HRP, blocking agent, Washing plates, and incubation time/temperature. The paper does not have to include tables or figures but need informations from researching other papers that might have informations regarding the factors.
The paper should contain Table of Contents, Abstract, Introduction, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Scientific approach must be taken while writing the report.
