Describe the history of emergencies and disasters in your community.

prior to beginning work on this assignment, read Chapters 1 and 2 in your course textbook. Then, conduct preliminary research in the UAGC Library.
Imagine you have just been appointed as the emergency manager (EM) for the state, county, or city (your community) in which you live. Building upon the analysis you did for the discussion this week, write a paper regarding the initial actions you would take as the new EM.
In your paper,
Describe the history of emergencies and disasters in your community.
Analyze the response to those historical emergencies and disasters in your community.
Determine what types and severity of disasters are likely to occur in your community.
Determine your community’s vulnerability to an attack.
Evaluate the level of planning that has taken place in your community.
Determine the agencies in your community that will be required to respond.
Determine what kind of training for disaster response has taken place.

Must include a separate title page with the following:
