I want to get masters in business analytics with specialization in marketing analytics. First gen immigrant, had to work plus study, uncle and grandma had cancer. Had to teach myself everything, ever since then I have been working and getting certifications to advance in my career.

The most apparent problem with my application would be the low GPA. I fully believe the low grades do not represent who I am as a learner, student, worker, and person. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that had arisen, it was a battle working and persevering to get the grades that I managed to get. With an opportunity to gather even more knowledge and learn more than I do now, I know those grades will just be a symbol of the perseverance and hard work that this journey to graduate with a masters degree took.
