From your personal events or hospitality work experience, identify and describe an operational risk incident. This assignment should be written in first person (using I or we). This is NOT a research project so citations should be limited to the company overview. I might prefer forcus more on restaurants work experience especially in pandemic in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
