Are you involved in community activities? Healthcare activities? Any military service? Have you received any honors, rewards, or recognition at school or in the community?
• Benefits: Why would receiving a scholarship be important to you? How would it benefit you? Is there a financial need?
• Challenges: Is there any information that you would like us to know? Are there any special challenges you face as astudent? This is your opportunity to tell us who you are and why you should receive a scholarship.
