Individually, submit a 2 to 3-page APA (7th ed.) formal paper (Introduction, Search Strategy, Search Results, Conclusion) with additional, separate pages for References. See the rubric for grading criteria.
Introduction
Brief paragraph should introduce your topic and the purpose of the paper.
Search Strategy
Complete a search strategy using your group members’ PICOT question. In a narrative explain the process using keywords, combinations, databases, time frames, limiters, snowball method, etc.
Search Results
In a brief narrative discuss the search results including the process of review, narrowing the search, inclusion and exclusion (selection process) of relevant articles, and any other sources reviewed. Briefly describe (you are not appraising) the types of research studies and level of evidence of the relevant articles you selected for your PICOT question. Make sure you cite all selected relevant articles in the text and list them in the references.
Research Critique
Choosing one of your selected articles, complete the Research Critique form (attached below to these guidelines) and add it as an Appendix at the end of your paper. (Complete the student portion of the critique form, leave the points columns for the instructor to complete.) Include the FULL APA reference of your selected article.
Conclusion
Summarize the paper content and explain why you selected the specific article for the research critique and include an overall summary of your search findings and critique.
References
All relevant articles cited in text are referenced using APA in the reference list.
