Write a paper uses the framework of intersectionality to examine the greater impact of Covid-19 on the higher death rates among African Americans, particularly young, working-class men. Write a brief biographical sketch in which you describe his family, his work, and the ways in which he helped his community. Discuss the ways in which his sense of responsibility for others has affected his health and well-being, including the development of any pre-existing health conditions that may have lead to his increased risk of dying from Covid. Outline ways in which — and the reasons why — his race, social class, and gender intersected to affect his attitudes and behaviors as well as his health.
