Your paper which will include the following:
A brief overview of the sport psychology aspects (concepts and behaviors) presented in the media.
A description and application of the psychological concept/s that you found most important and relevant (discuss specific instances or issues)
A psychological and personality self-assessment (strengthens and weaknesses, and the applicability in a sports-setting). Compare your self-assessment to the coach/athlete in the media you selected. What would you have done differently (as a coach) / How would you react or respond (as an athlete) to the coach’s behavior/style?
