(For this assignment I want to do a proposal about opening up a Cup-cake shop,
something that is small and realistic, I have a passion for baking, and how that has always been my dream to do. My dad used to own a bakery shop in Mexico and that is where my passion grew…this was way before I was born but hearing about it intrigued me. This would be after I graduate in June of 2022. )
