COVID Case A – Discussion

This is the first of 4 COVID cases that we will discuss from the “COVID-19 Global Lessons Learned..” textbook. For this discussion you will need to read “CASE STUDY 2: Epidemiology of COVID-19 (Links to an external site.)”. At the end of the case there are 5 discussion questions. If your birth date is even you need to answer the even questions for this discussion. If your birth date is odd you need to answer the odd questions for this discussion. For example, my birth date is the 2nd so I would answer the even questions (2 & 4) for this discussion.

You must have 3 posts in this discussion.

1. Your first post will be with your answers to the discussion questions you have been assigned. Your answers must be substantive – meaning a paragraph (4 or more sentences) for each question.
2. You must respond to someone else who answered the same questions as you. Your responses must also be substantive and thoughtful. What insight did you gain from their responses? You may also add an opinion, comment, or insight to enhance their responses.
3. Your final post will be a reply to a student who answered the questions that you were not assigned for this discussion. What insight did you gain from their responses? You may also add an opinion, comment, or insight to enhance their responses.
I will not give full credit for short answers or short replies. Be thoughtful and make this discussion meaningful.
