Changing Health Behaviors

Throughout this course, the topic of health behaviors has been examined. For this assignment, you will articulate specific steps that public health professionals can take to influence, change, and sustain health behaviors for a population. Your assignment should be prepared with the following format:
Introduction
Brief paragraph summary of a population, and a health behavior that is identified for change.
Body
Define opportunities for changing the health behavior you identified (use of needs assessment results, etc.) Minimum 250 words.
Define challenges for changing the health behavior you identified (resource limitations, cultural norms, etc.) Minimum 250 words.
Conclusion
In the context of your health behavior change, summarize one “best practice” public health professionals could follow to achieve a successful outcome.
