Will conduct a research within remote sensing. The topic will be “Land use/land cover change detection analysis in QGIS for an area over a certain timeline like 2000-2020”.
From the description one can see that the topic is still unclear. I would like to discuss further and will try to form the topic specifically. For sure it will be a change detection analysis in land cover/land use in a small area of interest (will agree together on where and the timeline of it). I have access to services providing satellite images such as Copernicus. QGIS only can be used for this research.
The deliverables are
1) a scientific poster in size A1 or A0 made in Powerpoint (I will provide the template). The poster should introduce and justify the study (why is it important), outline the
methods and datasets that will be used, interpret the results through graphs
and maps as applicable, and discuss them appropriately.
2) A word document tutorial like, that explains the steps as analytical as possible. No formal template required here, as it is just for me to be able to understand the steps. An oral exam/presentation will take place and therefore have to be able to explain everything if my examiner asks.
