organization (DDO) models that are described in the first chapter of Why Motivating People Doesn’t Work (The Appraisal Process).
What is your biggest concern? What is your biggest hope? Which company DDO methodology would you
choose of the three and why? Be sure to include your reaction to the concept of vulnerability at work, as
