competence would be the most difficult to integrate into my professional self,
because of the energy and effort it takes to stay acquainted with research and

Integrity, Social Justice, Dignity and Human Worth of the Person, Competence,
Service, Human Relationships. In three pages,
((1)) identify your understanding of at least three core values that
you think that you would be able to integrate into your professional social
work self with examples (e.g., I find that I gravitate towards
service/volunteer work).
((2)) Identify one core value that you might find more difficult to
integrate into your professional self and why. How does learning about the core
values of social work inform your future career and/or school interests?

essays will be required during the course. Assignments are designed to
encourage students to critically think about the key ideas, concepts, and /or
theories we have covered. Typically, the essay questions can be answered
effectively in 2-3 pages in length, doubled spaced, with 1-inch margins.
