Naturalist John Muir (What is he famous for?) once said “When we try to pick out anything by itself we find that it is bound fast by a thousand invisible cords that cannot be broken.” (Journal entry on July 27, 1869).
What did Muir mean by this? Cite/specify two (2) specific examples from Chapter 3 (or any other chapter for that matter) to support your explanation of the concept of interconnectedness in the natural world. “Specific examples” means providing names of biota and/or ecosystems and specific ways in which they are interconnected.
