Read the following required articles from University Library:
“Ethical, Legal, and Social Issues in the Translation of Genomics into Health Care” (You may include the COVID19 vaccine perspectives when reviewing this article. Other related topics (except for cloning) would be acceptable, too. )
“Ethical Challenges in the Era of Health Care Reform” (Could include regulatory issues like organization reimbursement and staffing; use of agency or traveler staff; the role of the nurse; etc.)
“Moral Resilience: Managing and Preventing Moral Distress and Moral Residue”
“Social Media: Managing the Ethical Issues” (You may want to think about issues with electronic documentation, database sharing, confidentiality and privacy (no HIPAA focus, please.)
“Ethics: The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: Ethical Perspectives in 21st Century Health Care”

Select ONE article and:
Review (briefly) and identify the selected article.
Identify the KEY ethical principle(s) involved in the article selected (Use Westrick Chapter 45 for a list of principles.)
Apply and integrate your perspectives about the ethical challenge, including your reflections regarding the discussions for week 5. You may consider how ethical decision-making models (like the Park Model or Lachman) could inform your thinking.
Recommend how nurses might address the challenge you’ve identified.
Cite at least 3 peer-reviewed sources published within the last 5 years that support your positions.
Format your assignment as one of the following:
18- to 20-slide presentation WITH SPEAKER NOTES FOR EACH SLIDE, or
Paper 1000 words, APA format
Include an APA-formatted reference list.
