Local History Assignment is to be 800 to 1000 words long. This may be a review of one of the local museums.
Photographs are encouraged but not required to supplement your essay. Chicago Style footnotes are required if you are quoting any reference or interviewing anyone. If you are going into a museum you may use the first person “I” to describe your visit and any items of interest that you saw there. What does the museum do well? What things caught your eye? What things surprised you? What things could they improve? If you are not able to get to a local BC museum in person you may do a review of its website.
