Choose one of the changes noted, and conduct research on the topic (find at least one article). Use Capital’s library business databases (accessed by Capital’s homepage) to find at least one article. Do not use Wikipedia, since it does not contain valid information. In addition to the article you find, you can use the textbook and/or interview a manager you may know.
1. Report your findings noting the source(s) you used (at least 3-4 paragraphs). Put references below your assignment, and cite them in the assignment like this (Jones 51), noting the author’s last name and page number.
2. . As a manager, discuss at least three (3) ideas you would use to adapt to this change in the workplace. The handout has ideas that will get you started. (Be sure to label each as a., b., and c.) Review the discussion rubric in the syllabus for grading criteria.
