This is a community health assessment research paper. I have provided two documents. One of them has the outline of the essay (so it includes what should be included and how many words should be dedicated to each section). The other document consists of the information that I already collected regrading the community chosen, along with the medical/non-medical resources that should be used within the essay. So for this assignment, I chose the church-yonge corridor neighbourhood. My target population is youth (15 years old to 24 years old). And my health issue is depression. Also, themethod I used includes an environemntal scan through a windshield survery, google streetsview, anddemographiscs (“Statistics Canada”). I have an outline of what I want written, which I can provide after I assign it.
