Case Study: Luckin Coffee Accounting Fraud

For this report you will apply an ethical evaluation of the situation. Include in your report:
A brief (no more than 2 paragraphs) history of the company and what led up to the ethical dilemma
The stakeholders impacted by the violation
The financial impact of the violation
What action could be taken to prevent a repeat of the ethical violation
The legal and/or accounting irregularities which occurred
The lessons learned as a result of the dilemma
Within your commentary on the above issues. Be sure to include a discussion of how the AICPA’s Ethics Decision Tree or another similar ethical decision-making model could have been used by the those involved to make better decisions in your company’s situation. (There are many industry or company specific ethical-decision making models.)

The title page, executive summary, and the works cited page, as well as ‘copy and paste’ material, do not count for the page count.
