Cognitive Behavior Theory is one of
the most commonly used interventions in social work practice. Dr. Albert
Ellis and Dr. Aaron Beck are the leading theorists in Cognitive
Behavior Therapy. For this discussion, search the literature for a peer
reviewed article(published in the last 5 years) that presents CBT as an
intervention for ONE of the following psychosocial issues:

Depression
Anxiety
Low Self-esteem
Anger
