Explain why leadership training is important for the university’s senior executives.

I am preparing a high-impact leadership training program proposal for the senior executives of a university. In this proposal, I want to convince them about the importance of leadership training. This training has three main components, leading self, leading others and leading the organization. I want the following points to be included in the proposal:

Part 1 – Overview/introduction of the leadership proposal
1. Explain why leadership training is important for the university’s senior executives.
2. The justification for the training.
3. Why this training has three components – leading self, leading others and leading the organization
4. Main topics covered in the training

Part 2 – The outcome /expectations of the training
1. What will the participants will get at end of the program
2. What are the expectations for the participants to take – what they need to do (their responsibilities after the training)

Part 3 – Self-reflection
What they need to do after attending the program.
