My recommendation would be to create a map with “Final Paper” in the middle. Then branch out from that concept to the labels of the theories you want to include in the paper. After having the label for the theories then you can branch out from there into specific aspects of the theory that you will be including in your paper. The final link will be to an application to your life. Be sure to include enough detail that you are demonstrating your knowledge of the chosen theory.
