This is the checklist from my professor. I can enter the date/class/professor’s name and my name once I receive the essay. This is worth 200 points, and I have already missed 2 other assignments pertaining to this essay. I’m having a hard time with my summer classes because my math class is really screwing me over, so I really appreciate this help. Did I format my essay with MLA style conventions?

Does each quotation have a citation (with a time stamp from the transcript)?
