The following directions are for you to use the assessment results attached in the files, and write the paper as if those were your results.
Write a reflection (be sure you know the difference between reflecting and reporting) on your assessment results. Some questions to consider: Describe your first reaction to the assessment and your results. What new discovery have you made about yourself? Why is this significant? Share not only the results but briefly describe them in your own words. How will you use your results in your leadership? What theme did you think you would see in your results, but didn’t. Explain your answer. When leading, what aspects of your assessment do you NOT have in your results, and you would like to surround yourself with and why?
