We agreed in class that we all use the EXACT same GIP in our Zoom case Ecosystem writeup:
1. Goal (altruistic): Zoom provides frictionless video communication environment in order to encourage professional interaction.
2. Industry: Online video technologies
3. Product: Meetings
Do not use any other GIP than the agreed upon GIP that we developed in class.
Please be sure to follow the posted sample paper that you can find in Blackboard. The ecosystem that we will be examining is: Professional Interaction.
You need to have 3 components in your paper:
1. Industries (be comprehensive) – need 3 characteristics per industry
2. Relationships – between industries – need to justify why that relationship is important.
3. Draw the model in PowerPoint and copy over to Word (using Paste Special, PDF or picture)
