This is a methodology-oriented literature review. It requires an advanced writer in Quantitative Methodologies.
1- Please follow the instructions in the file (Research Proposal – Spring 2022). The research proposal consists of five main sections as explained in the document.
2- The research question (topic) is (What factors influence team creativity? The presence of task conflict.)
3- The selected paper is (0 MAIN ARTICLE – Task Conflict and team creativity: A question of how much and when)
4- Use only the (17) articles that are uploaded as references, I have numbered them from 1 to 17. These will include the other alternative variables and methodologies used to approach the same topic that was discussed in the (Selected paper)
5- In section 4, please add a table with the columns : Study || Objectives || Variables || Methodology || Outline
Which will include all articles info. A sample of some tables is uploaded in the file (Sample Tables -Literature Review + Methodologies + Variables). Please check the sample.
6- I uploaded 2 samples (Sample Research Proposal #1 & #2) to take an idea on what is required, yet I am expecting much better work.
7- Please use simple English, yet academic.
