The objective for this paper is to demonstrate understanding of the process of and best practices for climate change plan development and implementation.

The climate plan-making process should be addressed; plan implementation considerations should also be explained – i.e., the factors that can facilitate or impede plan implementation. Illustrate your explanations with case study examples. (Please see the attached document for more details)
