Part I: Identify
a specific situation when you encountered or witnessed a conflict that was
attributed to miscommunication. This can be from your own work or educational
experience, or even something that made the news.
When discussing this topic, consider the
following: What are some barriers that led to the miscommunication?
What measures were taken to rectify the situation? In regards to damage
control, what was done well and what could have been done differently? How
could proper communication skills have prevented this situation?
