Inside Mecca Video Response

This video was made in 2003 by National Geographic as an
attempt to help non-Muslims better understand the pillar of Islam called The Hajj. This video was the first time
these rituals were shown to a non-Muslim audience. All Muslims are required to
undertake this trip at least once in their lifetime unless they physically are
not able to.

Please watch the entire video before completing this video
response. The video follows three pilgrims on their journey. The pilgrims are:

Fidelma a woman from the US who has converted to Islam
Halil a man from South Africa
Ismael a man form Indonesia
