Engage with a critical analysis of stylistic elements of Fight Club (1999) including: thematic issues in relation to the overall editing style, the relationship between sounds and images (audio), the narrative codes and narrative structure in relation to editing, the manipulation of time and space, the use of editing to create meaning.
Some sources to maybe use (have to be in mla format- “If the scene is to be wholly successful then it must be visually interesting as well as worth listening to” pg 68, The Technique of Film Editing, Reisz and Millar. 2nd edition.
The editing “calls attention to itself” and “upsets the usual perception of the world” pg 85. A short guide to writing about film. Corrigan. 9th edition.
I’m not sure if those sources are correct, also if you find better sources defintely use them instead.
