O = Outcomes: to stop anxiety

In substance abuse patients using narcotics (P), what is the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy (I), compared with methadone hydrochloride treatment (C), reducing anxiety (O) within three months (T)?
Pick one peer reviewed nursing research journal article published in the last 5 years and outline how it addresses each PICOT component.
Articles must be quantitative research studies. Systematic and or meta-analysis may not be used. You may use qualitative studies but those will be in addition to the quantitative article each student chooses.
Must post a pdf of their article on the selected PICOT/research question here AND, post 1-2 sentences explaining the purpose of the study.
