film “The Story of
Stuff,” the director discussed the true cost of consumer
goods. In order for consumers to have access to such a wide array of
products, many times, exploitation of labor and the environment often take
place.
For your midterm case study, I want you to
investigate the production of one of your favorite products. Conduct as much
research as you can to find determine:

the raw materials come from and if they are sourced ethically
2. What
kinds of conditions the people who make the product work in
3. How
much are the people who make the product paid
4. What
effects does the product or the production of the product have on the
environment
