Implicit Bias Assessment (30 points)

All of us have implicit biases. We’re all products of cultural messages, whether we’re aware of
this process or not. Our ideas, views
and opinions are not simply individual, objective, and independent, but rather
are the result of social messaging
and conditioning structural forces (Sensoy & DiAngelo, p. 35). Unfortunately, many of these cultural messages are not so positive, and we need
to be able to recognize these influences on our worldview. By completing
the implicit bias assessment, we’ll
all begin our individual processes of recognizing our biases and rejecting the
harmful biases we all carry. This
