Write a 2-page expository or persuasive essay using at least 1 piece of fiction from our literature book as a source in relation to your research topic.
Summarize the story briefly when necessary
Analyze the piece (literary devices, character development, elements of fiction, etc…)
Evaluate and connect the piece to your research topic.
*Keep in mind: what you write here is providing fodder for your research paper as well. But, write your VERY best essay as a stand-alone essay itself. MLA/APA focus for the Fiction Essay will be minimal, basics (page numbers, margins, font, etc.) Please do provide citations if you already know how to do them.
