For example, noting what activities the center uses which allows individuals to perform in their zone of maximum performance, or indicating what types of adaptations are used in the facility.
4. Construct an intervention to bolster memory self-efficacy among older adults. Consider the best format for this intervention (written, video, in-person, some other form?) and to think about the specific elements that might assist older adults in having a positive view of their ability to perform a specific task.
5. Find examples of aging stereotypes in the media; you may also refer to friends/family social media pages to find examples. Describe at least one specific example you found. Based on these stereotypes, devise a plan to change stereotypical beliefs about aging.
