Select an article from a scholarly journal or from SHRM publications that discuss a current strategic compensation problem. Paper length 5+ pages.

Introduce the subject of the article and briefly summarize the problem, concept(s) or trend(s).

Give your personal reaction to the topic (as an employee).
Give a reaction to the article from the perspective of a Human Resources professional supporting an organization.
