What laws, policies, or procedures have been enacted to address the issue?

(requirement provided in files as well)
After conducting interviews and exploring potential areas of research(provided in “OB Field Study Project” ), students will narrow down and refine ONE specific area of study related to OB and conduct further research. This is a research paper, not an opinion paper. Given this is a course in Organizational Behavior, you must address how the topic affects organizations meaning what are the major implications for application to organizations.
Students will prepare a research paper (6pgs minimum in length; 12-point font, double-spaced and follow the APA writing style), grammatically correct and spell checked. Page count does not include the title page or reference page. Use no fewer than five outside resources, NOT including your text, which you may also cite. If you are unfamiliar with the APA guidelines on plagiarism, please read them on the Internet or at the library and be careful not to plagiarize. See Course Resource folder > Writing Resource folder for additional support.
Here is a suggested outline to consider as you prepare your paper (this may vary depending on the topic you select):
• Introduction
• Background (define and describe the OB issue)
• What significance does this have in the workplace?
• Who does this issue impact? How?
• How does this issue play out in the workplace? Provide an example.
• What are the consequences if left unaddressed?
• What laws, policies, or procedures have been enacted to address the issue?
• How are organizations addressing and overcoming these issues in the workplace? Any established best practices or organizations that have been praised for their initiatives/actions?
• What did you learn from this project? What was your biggest ah-ha moment or takeaway?
• Conclusion
