Aim/purpose of the research
The aim of this study is to:
1. To examine the importance of body art and modification in terms of putting employees in a better position to satisfy their needs in the context of the hotel sector in China.
2. To examine the importance of body art and modification in terms of putting employees in a better position to derive satisfaction from performance in the context of the hotel sector in China.
3. To examine the importance of body art and modification in terms of putting employees in a better position to maintain the high level of workplace engagement in the context of the hotel sector in China.
The purpose of this essay is to critically identify and analysis current research result or assumption that influence body art(tattoo, piercing) has on Generation Z’s psychological needs and satisfaction in their work place(best at hotel industry)
such as if a high level of tolerance of tattoo in workplace would improve employees engagement.
