Write an essay halfway through the course with the primary goal of assessing where you
are thus far following the first half of the course in terms of your career goals. Further, the essay will allow
you to begin to “flesh out* those goals and to begin to develop a plan for reaching those goals. Some of you
will already know whether you want to go to graduate school or go to work, however, many of you are
unsure of what’s next.This assignment will provide you with the opportunity to begin “putting to paper” what you believe your
career path should be in psychology and how you’ll get there. You will research 5 sources to help you
develop your plan. Your essay should be between 5-6 pages in length and in PA formatting (including title
page and reference page).
