The file attached is a document my teacher would like the project to be written on. It’s an outline with headers already in place and explantations for each header as well. The file is color coordinated as she wants a section done each week. I’m a week behind and need some help! This Sunday, February 13, 2022 if I could have week 2 & 3 done colors red and green, that would be awesome. Contining to work on the other sections week 4 needed by Febuary 20th and then the final completed project by February 27th if possible!
Here is an introduction paragragh for the project:
Atlantic Ocean anadromous fish (Salmon salar) are on a decline from habitat loss. In addition to flooding spawning regions, dams alter river flow patterns and raise water temperatures, affecting salmon in various ways. Due to hydroelectric dams, salmon and a few other species are unable to make it upstream to prime spawning grounds. Sams may cause fish passage to be obstructed and migration to be slowed. Another factor in the loss of salmon is overfishing, which dams have exacerbated. While many environmentalists are attempting to prevent further habitat loss, dams have played a significant part. The weather influences salmon’s ability to locate food in their ecosystem. As a result of pollution and diseases, population decreases have also occurred. Dams, culverts, habitat degradation, and foreign fisheries, Atlantic salmon are at risk from several stresses and challenges, such as low marine survival and migratory migration between freshwater spawning and rearing areas. Disrupting the downstream flow of nutrients, obstructing aquatic migratory pathways, and hurting fisheries are just a few of the negative effects that dams may have (Hilborn, 2018).
